These terms, as well as everything on this page, apply to all commissions. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

You agree that whatever I write for you is free for me to use for any purpose, including promotion, the posting of excerpts, or using it in portfolios.

You may NOT claim the work as your own, resell, redistribute, or publish for profit. I retain the rights to the work as the author.

I will provide an update once the draft is finished, as I do not work with outlines.

Major rewrites (changing large parts or major elements of what is already written), will incur extra fees, depending on how major the change is.

10 USD per 500 words, 20 USD per 1000 words.

By default, all full-length oneshots (1000 words and above) will be uploaded to AO3 at my discretion. For private works, I will charge an extra 25 USD on top of the original price. Please note that I will only offer this option for shorter oneshots under 1000 words.

50% of the payment will be made upon confirmation, and another 50% once the commission is complete.

I will determine the final cost of your commission by rounding to the nearest 1000 words, either up or down. For example, if the final word count tallies to 2650, I will charge you the cost of 3000 words.

If you want to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. If I have already started writing and have reached at least 40% of the requested word count, I will charge a cancellation fee of 15 USD. If I cannot finish your commission for any reason, I will contact you as soon as I can for refunds.

I cannot promise any specific completion dates due to other real life priorities. Drabbles and works under 1000 words will typically take no more than a few days to a week, but longer works can take at least a few weeks. Please understand this in advance.

My main fandom is currently Avemygo (Ave Mujica and MyGO!!!!!) exclusively! However, I can also write for other fandoms such as Wuthering Waves, Honkai: Star Rail, Bandori (the non-Avemygo side of things), Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Love Live (Muse and Aqours only) and Fire Emblem (Three Houses and Awakening).

Fluff, angst, hurt/comfort of any kind, romance - I love writing these (especially angst) the most, but I'm perfectly fine with writing more genres.

Please note that although I can write smut, including both explicit and non-explicit, M-rated smut, I WILL NOT WRITE SMUT FOR AVEMYGO OR BANDORI, NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NO, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. I will also NOT write smut for other underage characters or childlike characters under any circumstance.

My works are strictly in present tense. However, I'm open to writing in any POV (1st, 2nd or 3rd).

When commissioning, you can choose between drabbles (100-300 word short pieces), short oneshots under 1000 words, or full-length oneshots of 1000 - 5000 words maximum. I do not write longfics or chaptered fics. Drabbles are 5 USD and short oneshots can range from 5 - 10 USD depending on the final length.

Your prompt must be one that I can fit into this word limit for full-length oneshots (1000 - 5000 words).

Canon-compliant and canon-divergent fics that don't stray too far from canon are welcome!

M/M fics, as they are unfortunately not my cup of tea. F/M fics are doable only with certain pairings - please ask first and confirm with me.

Abuse of any kind, explicit gore, incest, anything that would fit under the category of dead dove, etc. I've mentioned it above, but again, I WILL NOT WRITE ANY KIND OF SMUT OR SEXUALLY-CHARGED IDEAS FOR AVEMYGO, BANDORI, or any underage character(s). These are all a hard no, without exception.

Please note that I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason. These include, but are not limited to, if I feel your idea is something I cannot write comfortably, outside my scope, or if I am uncomfortable with the content.

If you'd like to request a fandom not listed, feel free to ask and I'll let you know if it's something I feel confident enough to write for!

Regarding AUs, I will generally accept them, but these are subject to my discretion after discussing it with you. I am unlikely to accept AUs that require heavy worldbuilding or long, overarching plots.
